Refund Policy

Cognigence Solutions is committed to delivering high-quality professional services, training, and consultancy. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, credits, or adjustments may apply.

1. General Policy

Due to the professional and time-based nature of our services, all payments are generally non-refundable once services have commenced, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

2. Retainer Fees

Retainer arrangements are designed to secure availability, expertise, and priority access to Cognigence Solutions’ services.

Retainer fees are non-refundable once the retainer period has begun.

Any unused hours or services within a retainer period do not roll over unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.

Retainers may be paused or rescheduled only with written notice and subject to availability, at the sole discretion of Cognigence Solutions.

If a client terminates a retainer agreement early, no refund will be issued for the remaining period.

3. Cancellations by Client (Non-Retainer Services)

Training sessions, workshops, or scheduled services cancelled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date may be eligible for a partial refund or service credit, at the discretion of Cognigence Solutions.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable.

Failure to attend a scheduled session, including late arrival, is considered a completed service and is non-refundable.

4. Customized & Digital Services

All payments for customized services, including tailored training programs, consultancy deliverables, reports, assessments, and digital content, are non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been delivered.

5. Cancellations by Cognigence Solutions

If Cognigence Solutions is unable to deliver a service due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered:

A full refund, or

The option to reschedule the service at no additional cost.

6. Dissatisfaction with Services

Refunds are not issued based on dissatisfaction alone. Clients are encouraged to raise concerns promptly so that reasonable corrective action, adjustments, or service improvements may be considered.

7. Payment Errors

In cases of duplicate, incorrect, or excess payments, verified amounts will be refunded accordingly.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method where possible.

9. Policy Acknowledgement

By engaging Cognigence Solutions and submitting payment, clients acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy unless otherwise outlined in a signed service agreement.
